Chingistau

In the hills of Chingistau, south of Semey, lie places associated with the lives of the great Kazakh writers Abai, Shakarim and Auezov. Chingistau is an attractive, sparsely populated area, offering excellent possibilities for a literary-focused day tour to some of the sites linked to the three men.
