Raddus JSS Hotel is located close to Fine Arts Museum of Uzbekistan, Navoi Opera Theater, and History Museum. This is middle size hotel with just 25 rooms in total including 24 twin rooms and 1 LUX-room with 1 double bed.  The interior of the hotel is decorated in a picturesque national Uzbek style.

The hotel has spacious rooms and halls but all are poorly maintained. Amenities in air-conditioned rooms include minibars and hair dryers. Wireless Internet access is available for a surcharge.

There is obvious lack of management attention to both facility and service standards. TVs in some rooms are not functioning, besides the list of TV channels is limited by Uzbek channels only, do not expect cable or satellite TV. The carpets in the  rooms are stained and dirty, bathrooms terribly dirty with cockroaches present, sheets with stains, towels worn-out, half of the bulbs not function, beds have seen better times, bed frames are broken and literally falling.

There is no functioning bar or restaurant, the outside swimming pool is drained dry most of the time. Breakfast is basic, scarce and can even hardly be called this way (self serve coffee, tea and stale bread). Staff is untrained and lacks customer focus.

This hotel has seen better times and is not what it was in its 'hey-day'. Broken down and shabby is its main characteristic. For a little bit more you can find a better place
