Cafesjian Centre for the Arts

The Centre, opened in 2009 within the Cascade, aims to bring the best of contemporary art to Armenia. The exhibits are from the personal collection of the founder, Gerard L Cafesjian, and include items from one of the most comprehensive glass collections in the world. The gallery is on six levels of the Cascade with a dedicated lift from each floor. The Cascade escalators between floors function between 07.00 and 23.00. A fascinating and eclectic collection of objects is displayed with excellent information labels in English. A visit here, together with the sculpture park in front of the Cascade, is strongly recommended.
