The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Yerevan just behind the Republic Square. Good location allows reach many of Yerevan's tourist hot spots, have a short walk to national museum, lots of restaurants/shops nearby to chose from. Visiting square in the dark might be an interesting experience as you can witness singing and dancing fountains show. Hotel is quiet and lobby is very convenient. Hotel would be convenient to those who are on a business trip and in the need of visiting governmental offices. Keep in mind that there is no parking space if you plan to drive your own car considering hotel location has circled by many different governmental offices.

It is also a good base to start exploring Yerevan as it is close to major tourist hotspots such as Opera House, Abovian street's shopping arcades, bars & pubs and a wide varieties of good restaurants.

Rooms are very clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. You could find anything you need:hair dryer, coffee maker, spacious drawersand other basic amenities.There is free wireless internet access,but to have a stronger signal ask for the rooms closer to elevator. That's where the routers are.Sheets are changed on a weekly basis, or after every customer. Do not expect to have any nice room views as there is nothing to see apart from people working in their offices.

The breakfast is good and has a good spread of mostly western food (buffet).The only disadvantage is instant coffee rather than brewed at breakfast.Reception staff is friendly, helpful and speaks adequateEnglish.

This is a good budget hotel and is a real value for money.
