Family hotel is in 6-storey building with elevator. Hotel has perfect location in the green park area in central part of Yerevan city. Built in 2011next to the owner's old family home of XIX century. Within 250 meters of the hotel are Republic Square, Liberty Square, Opera House, Philharmonic Hall, indoor market, Hrazdan Gorge, "Swan Lake", numerous cafes, shops, restaurants and night clubs.

Hotel rooms are equipped with necessary attributes for comfortable family living. They actually clean the rooms as if it is their home. Maybe not a place for honeymoon, but staying there with friends and family is much recommended.

The hotel's breakfast is very adequate and provides all that is necessary. Tourists should get there early otherwise they might have to wait for a table. Breakfast includes great variety of high-quality local ingredients, including strained yogurt, delicious fruit juices and so on. The hotel has a cozy cafe, round the clock security. The price does not include breakfast.

The staff is very friendly and helpful.
