House Hotel is a very comfortable place to stay. Although it sits in a "side" street it is just couple of minute walk to city centre with its nonstop flow of city residents / visitors. Location is extremely convenient - in the heart of Yerevan in the walking distance of everything (between Opera and Republic Square, right at the beginning of the North Avenue). This hotel might be a good option if you are on business trip and look for an inexpensive hotel at the city center.

However, we would not recommend it if you travel with family. The hotel itself is in need of more decorative touches and a good decorator could make a big difference. This hotel is actually the former Georgia's Embassy. The hotel is placed in a quiet street with no traffic and it's quiet, very clean with nice interior. They even have a little backyard where you can enjoy your morningcoffee.

Sound insulationin the rooms is not the best and needs to be taken care of. There is no hair dryer in the room and a very limited choice of TV programs on a large plasma TV. Some roomsare not carpeted. The beds might seemsmall for 2 people. The free breakfast is nice.The staff is extremely friendly, courteous and polite and would go out of their way to assist when required.

Good value for money. Very friendly and helpful staff, ready at any moment to come to the rescue.
