The guesthouse has just 8 well-maintained air-conditioned rooms: 2 Luxe, 1 family suite and 5 standard rooms, providing a fresh, sophisticated and welcoming ambience with the warmth and comfort of home. The rooms are huge and quite charming. They are different in size and shape since the guesthouse was built in a former soviet communal apartment house. The beds in the rooms are big and look nice but it is difficult to sleep on them because they are metal-net beds. Common areas include reception, kitchen, dining room and utility premises for laundry needs, big living room with piano and big screen TV. The hotel is quite grand with marble staircases and dark wooden furniture, both in the open areas and the rooms.

Two luxe rooms can accommodate two guests and are situated on the first floor of the guest house. Additional bed could be placed to accommodate a third person. Three of the rooms are standard, each for two people and they are also situated on the first floor. Hotel also has two separate rooms for two people which have a door between them and these rooms could suite a larger group or family of 4 (four) people by opening this door. Another standard room for two people is situated on the second floor, it has a detached individual bathroom just two steps away from the room. In total, guesthouse can accommodate 18 people. If you have a larger group we can organize accommodation in sister guesthouse not far away.

Apart from the main kitchen on the ground floor there is another kitchen two floor above that could also be used by guests. Baku Palace Guest House serves a breakfast of your choice, provides daily laundry service and 24 hour security. All rooms can accommodate two guests, but you pay only room cost whether you are alone or coming with a friend or family member. Staff is very kind and helpful even though you might need some patience for language confusions.
