+998 99 898 11 11 — the restaurant admin for reservations. You can also write to them on Telegram using the same number and book there. They operate from 10:00 to 23:00.
I think weekdays are freer, but for weekends I would definitely play it safe and book in advance. But again, having lunch there is not the best idea. Down by the TV tower there’s a plov center. Better go there instead. For a much smaller amount than in the tower restaurant, you’ll eat delicious plov and watch how it’s cooked. And for a good view, the ‘Uzbekistan’ Hotel has a restaurant-bar on the 17th floor. Can’t say anything about the food, but the views from the windows are quite decent—no worse than from the TV tower.

Basically, only if you want to admire the city from above during the daytime. The restaurant itself is not worth it. And at night you won’t really see the city either. If you go there at all, then only during the day.

We were there recently. So-so little attraction, a hello from the 90s, basically.
The observation deck is behind glass, so it doesn’t matter what the weather is like outside—you go up by elevator to the 6th level (110 meters), inside it’s a closed space. The TV tower operates from 10 a.m., on Saturdays there’s live music in the restaurant, entrance is 40,000 soums.
At night you can’t see a damn thing, everything reflects and glares. The food is very average. But it’s inexpensive. The observation deck on the 6th level doesn’t work, only a café with sofas on the 7th and the restaurant on the 8th. In short, from the outside it looks much nicer than from the inside. The time and money spent are not worth this place. Total disappointment.
