Refurbished Martvili Canyon is to be opened for tourists in May 2016

As announced by the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia, picturesque Martvili Canyon located in Western Georgia will be re-opened in May. Renewed tourism infrastructure, restored stone stair related to Dadiany Dynasty period and ancient water mill are ready to welcome tourists.  Martvili Canyon consists of two parts - upper and lower, which are separated by shoals.

Turkey initiates visa system for Azerbaijan

Turkey initiates visa system for Azerbaijan since June 2016 as announced by Turkish media sources.  Along with Azerbaijan visa system will be applied for Russia, Georgia, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgizstan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan, 89 countries in total. It is affirmed by media that setting up visa system is a part of EU requirements to Turkey.
