Icheri Sheher is named as one of the most popular attractions in Azerbaijan

The ancient part of Baku city so called Icheri Sheher (Inner City) was announced by British portal Vouchercloud as the most popular attraction of Azerbaijan among the tourists from all over the world. The most significant monuments of Icheri Sheher are the Maiden Tower and the Shirvanshahs palace complex considered as the pearls of national architecture. In addition there are dozens of historical monuments such as mosques, caravanserais, baths, houses, several museums, embassies, hotels, shopping facilities, cafes and restaurants.
