Right after submitting, I got an email with an activation code, which is pretty standard. My friend’s visa came through in just three days, but I hit a snag. I thought I could pay for the visa later, but turns out, you have to pay upfront for them to process it. I finally made the payment on December 5, but by December 13, I still hadn’t received my visa.

Feeling a bit anxious, I decided to call their hotline. A lady answered in Uzbek, but she quickly switched to English when I asked. She told me to send my activation code and passport number via Telegram. Unfortunately, since I didn’t have her contact info, that didn’t work out.

I called back, and this time a guy picked up and totally got my situation. He gave me a WhatsApp number instead, which was way easier. I sent over my details, and guess what? I had my visa in just 25 minutes!

So, shoutout to the hotline staff for being so helpful! Just a heads up, visa processing usually takes about 3 to 6 working days, so I’d recommend using the hotline (+998 71 200 00 88) only if you’re in a rush or if your visa is taking longer than a week.
