Itinerary: Dushanbe-Anzob-Ainy -Penjikent-Shakhristan-Istaravshan-Khujand- border "Oybek"
Day 1. Arrival to Dushanbe, Tajikistan
Arrival to Dushanbe Air port Customs formalities. Continue driving in Dushanbe hotel. Accommodation in hotel. Lunch after lunch SS around Dushanbe. Back to hotel Dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2. Dushanbe
Full day sightseeing in Dushanbe and visit to Hissar fortress. Lunch at local restaurant. Continuation of S/S program: National museum, Bazaar and back to hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 3. Dushanbe - Nurek Dam
Full day sightseeing in Dushanbe and visit to Nurek Dam (the hieghst Dam more then 300 ms) 60 km from Dushanbe. Lunch at local restaurant. Continuation of S/S program: National museum, Bazaar and back to hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4. Dushanbe -Ainy - Penjikent
After breakfast drive to Penjikent via Anzob tunnel and Ainy 7-8 hours driving) through mountain road and pass "Anzob" and tunnel and have a lunch and after drive to the Ainy and to Penjikent and arrival at approximately 17-30 PM. Accommodation in guest house. Short time SS and dinner and overnight.
Day 5. Penjikent
After breakfast full day Sightseeing along ancient Sogdian towns and museum Rudaki lunch after visit to Orient bazaar Penjikent and surrounding Penjikent. Back to guest house. Dinner and overnight.
Day 6. Penjikent - Istaravshan
After breakfast drive to Istaravshan (200 km, 7-8 hours driving) through mountain road and pass Shakhristan pass arrive in Istaravshan at approximately 17-30 or 18-00 PM. Accommodation in private house or in hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 7. Istaravshan - Khujand
After breakfast drive to sightseeing in Istaravshan and visit to Mughtepa Fortress, medresse Kuk-Gumbaz. Lunch at local restaurant. National miseum, Bazaar and after lunch drive to Khujand and accommodation in hotel. Dinner and rest in hotel.
Day 8. Khujand
Full day SS in Khujand visit to Timurmalik Fortress. Lunch at local restaurant. National miseum, Bazaar and Lunch after continued SS. Back to hotel. Dinner and overnight.
Day 9. Khujand - Tajik/Uzbek border "Oybek"
After breakfast half day sightseeing program in Khujand: Museum and bazaar. Lunch and after noon at 14-00 drive to Tajik/Uzbek border "Oybek". Customs formalities on Tajik sides of the border. End of the tour
