The hotel is located in national tourist zone of Avaza, overlooks Caspian sea, have an amazing sea panorama. The hotel has its own beach and a lot of open air facilities. There are totally 120 rooms in Seyrana hotel, including 29 singles, 71 double/twins, 8 family rooms and 10 Luxe rooms.

Avaza Resort is located on the eastern shore of the Caspian Sea in Turkmenistan. Designed to compete with the resorts in Dubai and other regional tourist attractions, the Avaza Resort will soon take its place among the elite resorts of the region.

In the future, more tourist attractions will be built which include a water park, aquarium, go-kart track, golf course, supermarkets, cycle track, dolphinarium, planetarium, a movie theater, amusement park, casinos, a conference center, and an artificial island. In total, 60 hotels are planned for Avaza. Encompassing an area of 5,000 acres and constructed at a cost of $5 billion (USD), Avaza Resort has envisioned itself as the “Las Vegas” of Central Asia.
