The Uzboy Hotel renovated in 2009 and located in Dashoguz region is a good stopover for a night or two for tourists and travelers. After all, Dashgouz city is near one of the most convenient border crossings with Uzbekistan (Khiva is just 35 km away). It is the place where some of the most important sights of Turkmenistan including historical and architectural monuments of Kunya-Urgench, Butentau, ruins of ancient settlements are found.

So there are high chances that if you travel overland between two countries you will pass through this city. Hotel choices are rather limited here and Uzboy Hotel is just one of the very few to consider. The Uzboy Hotel guests are offered an accommodation in a basic but decently comfortable rooms with the interior design decorated in warm pastel tones which create an atmosphere of house and home. Renovated halls to hold seminars, bar, restaurant and souvenior shop, where you can buy something as a keepsake of hospitable Turkmenistan land are available for you.

The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, complete with TV, A/C and a large bathroom. Breakfast in the morning (included in the price) is pretty good too: a buffet with a decent number of choices. There are totally 26 rooms, including 6 Single Rooms and 16 Double Rooms and 4 Deluxe rooms situated on 2 floors.
