Network of airports in Uzbekistan is the most important part of the public transport infrastructure providing high-speed links between cities within the country as well as their links with foreign countries. The National Airline "Uzbekistan Airways" has 11 airports. Six of them - Tashkent, Samarkand, Bukhara, Urgench, Termez, Navoi have international status.
