Expo Hotel was built in 2004 and is located next to the Uzbek Exhibition Center on the bank of the Boz-Suv River. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful park and is within short walk to Aqua Park. It will take you around 10 minute drive to main business and administrative districts of Tashkent city. Hotel is very quiet as it is on the territory of Exhibition centre behind the concrete fence, one won't be able even to see the building from the road. There are nothing particularly interesting around, not even cafes and restaurants, so for any needs one would need to head for city centre.

Expo Hotel has spacious hall with sitting areas. There are 30 twin rooms and 2 luxury rooms. Each room is well furnished and includes air conditioner, minibar, satellite TV with 15 channels, phone and radio. Rooms are quite basic with the furniture that have seen a better times. There are no Internet access for some reason, though the hotel is supposed to cater for business travellers mainly.

Hotel also has a lobby bar and a restaurant. 'Sindbad' restaurant offers variety of meals on the open terrace at the bank of the Boz-Suv. The breakfast is continental-like but very modest and rather basic. Service is very slow, one can wait for 15 minutes to have the eggs done, even longer if you ask for porridge.

The hotel would rather suit those visiting Tashkent to attend exhibition, rather than tourist or business travellers.
