Embarking on a journey with us is not just about booking a tour; it’s about making a commitment to an unforgettable experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we have structured our cancellation policy to be as fair as possible, considering the pre-arrangements and expenses that go into creating your personalized adventure.

Financial Aspects of Cancellations
When you reserve a tour with us, your payment contributes significantly to the tour’s budget, covering a wide array of costs such as equipment, operational expenses, staff remuneration, and administrative duties. Since a substantial portion of these costs is incurred well before the tour’s commencement, we have established a tiered cancellation fee structure to account for these expenditures.

Cancellation Charges Breakdown

  • More than 30 days before departure: The deposit is retained as a non-refundable commitment.
  • 15 to 29 days prior to departure: 30% of the total tour cost is charged.
  • 7 to 14 days before departure: The fee increases to 50% of the tour’s price.
  • Less than 7 days before departure: A charge of 80% of the tour cost applies.
  • Within 48 hours of departure: The full 100% of the tour cost is due.
  • In each case, if the deposit amount exceeds the percentage-based fee, the deposit will serve as the cancellation charge.

Special Considerations for Tailor-Made Tours
Customized tours may adhere to a different set of cancellation terms, reflecting the unique elements involved in these personalized experiences. Clients will be informed of any specific cancellation conditions at the time of booking.

Procedure for Cancellation
To initiate a cancellation, the request must be submitted in writing by the individual who completed the original booking form. Please direct your cancellation email to your designated contact within our company and include a copy to our central communication channel at info@eurasia.travel 

Policy After Tour Commencement
Should the tour begin, we regret that we cannot offer refunds for any unused services or portions of the tour. If you need to modify your itinerary or choose to leave the tour prematurely, such changes or early departures will be at your own financial responsibility and risk. It is also required that you provide a written explanation to the tour operator detailing your reasons for the alteration or early departure.
