Bayterek Tower

However, the dragon Aydahar lurks in the shadows, constantly attempting to devour the Sun. Yet, Samruk always prevails, symbolizing the victory of good over evil, while Aydahar embodies ever-lurking danger. The sacred tree, with its roots, symbolizes life itself and maintains the balance of the universe.

Artists from Palekh were brought in to paint the ceilings and walls, while craftsmen from Kostroma and Yaroslavl created the five-tiered iconostasis. The large windows allow natural light to flood the space, giving the interior a magical glow. The cathedral houses the icon of the Seraphim-Diveyevo Mother of God and relics of St. Andrew. On the grounds, a spiritual-cultural center and Sunday school also operate.
