Ak-Bermet hotel thermal pools

Ak-Bermet is not just about the thermal springs; it’s also the name of a hotel whose hallmark is the open-air hot springs and an indoor swimming pool filled with thermal water. The hotel’s grounds feature six round thermal pools with water maintained at a similar temperature. Each pool varies slightly in diameter and depth. One of the pools offers a relaxing jacuzzi experience, while another is designed for guests to recline in a semi-lying position.

In addition to these, there’s a rectangular pool, aptly named the “Issyk-Kul Pool,” with a depth of 1.7 meters, filled with refreshingly cool lake water. Another round pool on the premises reaches a temperature of +47°C, where the water feels extremely hot to the touch. During the peak heat of summer, it can be quite challenging to stay in such scorching hot springs for extended periods.

Apart from the Ak-Bermet facility, there is another establishment with thermal waters nearby, situated along the road leading to Karoi Cape. This alternative venue provides visitors with more options to experience the healing and relaxing properties of the region’s thermal waters.
