Your day begins at 9:00 AM when our friendly driver and knowledgeable guide will meet you right at your hotel in Tbilisi. From there, you will embark on a scenic drive toward the Georgian-Armenian border crossing at Sadakhlo-Bagratashen. After completing border formalities, your journey continues into Armenia’s picturesque Lori region, where history and nature blend beautifully.

Your first destination is the remarkable Haghpat Monastery, a UNESCO World Heritage Site renowned for its exquisite Armenian architectural style dating back to between the 10th and 13th centuries. Nestled on a tranquil hillside, the monastery overlooks the serene Debed River valley, a location carefully selected to provide monks with peace and quiet for contemplation. The complex is made up of several interconnected buildings, with the Cathedral of Surb Nshan being the centerpiece.
