Is there an observation point in Yerevan with a view of Mount Ararat?
In good weather you can see it from the Cascade
In good weather you can see it from many places: even at the airport itself and along the road to/from it. From the Cascade, from Akhtanak Park, Tsitsernakaberd, or near the Botanical Garden, etc. By the way, there’s a शानदार view of Ararat from the “50 Years of October Revolution” viewpoint. And you get a view of all of Yerevan as a bonus. I would also add the observation point in Victory Park — visit in clear, sunny weather, the view of Ararat is amazing.
As for an actual dedicated viewpoint — the Charents Arch is not located within Yerevan itself. And even better, go to Khor Virap! There you have a beautiful church, a religious site, and a stunning view of Ararat.
