Could you recommend some atmospheric streets in Tashkent? I’ve already found Zarkaynar. Maybe there are some other places like that?

Behind Chorsu Bazaar you can walk deeper into the old city, through the mahalla private housing area. Very atmospheric, although many of the houses have already been modernized depending on how wealthy the residents are.

Behind Kukeldash Madrasah + the Circus, then further along Navoi Street + the Sheikhantaur Memorial Complex + Tashkent City + Friendship of Peoples Square + Magic City + Seoul Mun + Pushkin Square, Shota Rustaveli Street — not far from there are the Museum of Applied Arts and, one street lower, the exhibition hall of the Academy of Arts. Then continue along Taras Shevchenko Street, Uzbekistan Ovozi Street + the three parks + the Catholic cathedral, the Suzuk Ota complex, the Tashkent Television Tower and whatever else is nearby there.
