Standing at an impressive height of 96 meters, the Alem Cultural and Entertainment Complex is a prominent landmark on the southern edge of Ashgabat, situated along Archabil Avenue. This striking structure houses the world’s largest enclosed observation wheel, which boasts a diameter of 57 meters.
The complex is strategically located near the monumental Constitution Monument, the second tallest structure in Turkmenistan, creating a dramatic architectural contrast.
