Does anyone know where the Kara-Kamar caves are located? Also, I’m interested in the ruins of Ayrtam (links or coordinates would be great).

You can try the mobile app GuideUz. It includes geolocation data for all the attractions in Uzbekistan.
If I’m not mistaken, Ayrtam is located 17 km from Termez, while Kara-Kamar is near the Turkmenistan border, on the western side of Termez.
Found Ayrtam at 37.262991, 67.311128.
