That’s not true. They come without any problem ). From the airport you can also easily and more cheaply leave at any time of day by Aeroexpress. It stops at the metro stations Koroglu and 28 May — that’s practically the city center. From there, plenty of transport goes in different directions.
The situation is as follows. Previously, any taxi could bring and take passengers to/from the airport. In the middle of last year, a decree was adopted. Now any taxi can bring passengers, but only approved ones can take them from the airport. They are available in Bolt and Yango (Uber).
Prices from the airport are now fixed and do not depend on demand, as they did before. Naturally, they are higher than they used to be and higher than they could be now if there were no restrictions. But as mentioned above, as an alternative you can take the Aeroexpress. Get to the city center, and from there call any taxi to wherever you need to go — most likely it will turn out cheaper, although of course it will take a bit longer in terms of time.
