Good afternoon!!! Has anyone traveled by bus from Tashkent to Bishkek? Please tell me how the trip went. Would you travel by bus again?

I traveled in the opposite direction. The buses are good; overall, the trip was quite okay. It was a regular coach, not a sleeper bus. The journey takes about 10 hours.

Did you buy your ticket on the same day in Bishkek? Why does it take so long? Is the road in poor condition? Are there long queues at the border? Is there a toilet on the bus, or only at rest stops?

I bought my ticket a day in advance. Usually there are no problems getting tickets. There are different types of buses, though, so I'd recommend checking with the bus station.

Yes, there are two border crossings. We got through the Kyrgyzstan–Kazakhstan border in about 40 minutes, and the Kazakhstan–Uzbekistan border took about 1.5 hours. We stopped around twice during the trip for smoking breaks and toilet stops.

At the borders, everyone has to get off the bus completely and cross on foot with their luggage.

As for a toilet on board, our bus didn't have one, although technically some buses might. You'd need to check with the ticket office.
