Hi everyone! Could you advise — if you arrive at Sairam-Ugam National Park in your own car, can you find a guide there who will accompany you?
Good day. At the entrance you’ll find plenty of “tour guides”… but I would recommend hiring one of the park employees — they can show you the truly interesting corners of the park.
Could you tell me where to find these employees? Will they be right at the park, or do you need to find and arrange it in advance? Thanks in advance for your reply 🙏🏻
Better to do it upon arrival… right there at the entrance, ask either the guard or at the ticket office… say that you are NOT against having a guided tour.

They have an office at 24 Ilyaev Street, Shymkent — you can plan your trip in advance through them.
