Hey everyone! Can anyone recommend where to walk in Bukhara to find colorful, non-touristy streets? I’m looking for places where locals actually live, but still beautiful. Is there a specific route I should follow?

A great way to experience the local vibe is to turn off from Lyab-i Hauz and venture into any side street. One suggestion is to walk from Lyab-i Hauz to Chorminar on foot. You’ll find some charming spots along the way!

I second that! The streets around Lyab-i Hauz are a fantastic starting point. If you go deeper, you’ll stumble upon local markets and small cafes where you can grab a bite. Also, don’t miss the little artisans’ workshops; they often showcase traditional crafts.
