In Gijduvan we visited a really cool family-run pottery workshop where they make traditional Uzbek ceramics. They even had a little interactive setup for kids – they could sculpt and create their own patterns.
There’s also a café right on-site – they serve Gijduvan-style shashlik and a bunch of other dishes. The food was great!
