Day 1Dushanbe to Khujand

Begin your exploration of Tajikistan’s historical treasures with a morning flight from Dushanbe to Khujand. Upon arrival at Khujand Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our experienced guide and driver who will escort you through the day’s itinerary.

Your journey through Khujand will start with a visit to the Museum of Archeology and Fortification. This museum offers a deep dive into the region’s rich history, showcasing a collection of artifacts that narrate the tales of ancient civilizations. Next, you’ll explore the Sheikh Muslihiddin Mosque, a significant religious and architectural landmark in the city.

Proceed to the Panjshanbe Bazaar, known as the largest market in Tajikistan. Here, you can immerse yourself in the vibrant local culture, sampling traditional foods and observing the bustling trade that characterizes this historic marketplace.
