Indian nationals are not eligible for visa-free entry to Uzbekistan. However, those holding a UAE residency visa can enter Uzbekistan without a visa for a 30-day period, provided their UAE residency remains valid for at least 90 days after their arrival in Uzbekistan.

E-Visa Essentials:

  • Stay Period: Permits a stay of up to 30 days within a 90-day window from the issue date.
  • Fee Structure: Based on entry frequency — $20 for a single entry, $35 for a double entry, and $50 for multiple entries.
  • Application Steps: Fill in the application on the E-visa portal, await an email confirmation, pay the applicable fee, and within three business days, the e-visa will be emailed in PDF format. It is necessary to print this visa and keep it during the trip.

Embassy Visa Procedure:

  • Phases: Initially, obtain visa support. Next, secure a visa at the Uzbek embassy or consulate.
  • Documentation Required: A set of documents, passport photocopies, photographs, and completed forms are required.

Transit Visa Information:

  • Visa-Free Transit: Indian citizens are entitled to a visa-free transit through Uzbekistan for up to 5 days via air, with the condition of holding Uzbekistan Airways tickets for the entire transit journey.
