The Georgia Beyond the Cities tour exceeded all my expectations! Our guide, Levan, was a walking encyclopedia of Georgian history and culture. His enthusiasm and love for his country were truly contagious. From the wine-making traditions in Kakheti to the breathtaking landscapes of Svaneti, every day brought something unique. I particularly enjoyed the culinary masterclasses — making khachapuri and churchkhela with local families was an unforgettable experience. The balance between sightseeing, hands-on activities, and leisure was perfect. The folklore dinner in Tbilisi was the highlight, with delicious food and lively traditional music. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to see the “real” Georgia beyond touristy spots.
